Just completed another wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn STL Columbia. The room was perfectly clean. And entirely quiet. So I slept very well and that's what counts most. I recalled back to calculate. I've stayed at this property 20 to 25 times the past 16 years and have always been grateful. The rooms have always been clean and quiet, and the staff always helpful and professional. Thank you again.

Nice rooms, all the staff were amazing. Friday 10/10/25 around 2am, short little dark haired desk lady was so nice to me after noticing I couldn't sleep!!!
Very accommodating and friendly staff, rooms were immaculate and clean. Suzie welcomed our bobtail trucks with a convenient parking spot and shared information on where to dine locally . Our shower had not been cleaned since who knows when. Had hair all over it and mildew. Elevator needs some help. Service desk and breakfast was nice though.
Wonderful staff. Made getting to room very easy. That is very important to us these days. Got the warmest welcome from front desk staff! Checked in around 6 pm. The place looks extremely well maintained. Everything in its place and in working order. Both keys workedA++
